You are hereby ordered to prepare the Embassy of Skyrim for guests. The leadership council of Alinor and I are significantly disturbed by the rumors coming out of Skyrim and your lack of progress.

I will arrive in Skyrim in two months time at which I will conduct a formal review of all active Dominion operations in Skyrim as part of your yearly evaluation.
